My wife's homemade pizza with our homegrown microgreens!

Homemade Pizza with Microgreens

Pizza dough
2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp canola oil
3/4 cup water

1 can (small) tomato paste
1 medium onion (chopped)
3 pcs. Shallots
1 pack spinach
6 pcs.cherry tomatoes (sliced)
Homemade Spanish sardines
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan (if any)

1. Preheat oven 400F.
2. Combine all the dry and wet ingredients for pizza dough. Mix thoroughly.
3. ‎Divide the dough into 4. (Depending on the size of pizza you want.)
4. ‎Cook your dough in the oven for 12 mins.
5. ‎Spread tomato paste, spanish sardines and spinach on the pizza crust.
6. ‎Put onions, shallots, tomatoes and cilantro.
7. Put back into the oven for another 15-20mins to cook.
8. ‎Put some microgreens on top. Ready to serve.
